about us

e2: effective elders is a ministry born in 2008 (incorporated and granted 501(c)(3) status in 2012) during a coffee break while our three cofounders were teaching graduate students in central Europe. Since that time, e2: effective elders has grown rapidly in its ministry, addressing over 11,500 elders in conferences and seminars nationwide over 11 years’ time, distributing over 60,000 books in six languages, coaching hundreds of elders in dozens of congregations every day. It is our privilege to serve the Kingdom of God through this singular focus: encouraging and equipping the shepherds of His Church - elders.
